child care: what you need to know
our service
This child care service is not a licensed or full-service daycare. Instead, it is a safe, fun environment for children to play in while parents or guardians work out at the Lord's Gym.
This service is only available to current Lord's Gym Members (excludes youth memberships, class passes, and day passes). Members must be the parent or legal guardian of the child.
Your responsibility
Parent/Legal guardian must remain on-site at all times. Please be aware of the one-hour time limit. The same parent/legal guardian who drops the child off needs to be the one picking the child up.
When will you be
called?
Parents/Legal guardians will be called if the child needs:
-
clothing/diaper change
-
help in the bathroom
-
food
-
medication
-
displaying violent behaviors or crying excessively
***Staff cannot assist children in the bathroom or with potty training.
***Children must be fully dressed at all times, including socks.
Food and Belongings
-
Please label all belongings: diaper bags, bottles, etc with a permanent maker.

Children are not allowed to bring toys, electronics, or food from home.

-
A fever higher than 100 degrees. The child must be fever free without fever-reducing medication for 24 hours before being allowed in.
-
Continuous and/or colored nasal drainage. If this is caused by allergies, a doctor's note must be provided for entry to be granted.
-
Diarrhea or vomiting within the past 24 hours.
-
Any communicable diseases including, but not limited to, head lice, pink eye, skin rash, etc.
No Violence allowed
Children will be sent home for the following:
